When you use our keyboards its need to set background if you want, at that time app ask for camera permission to take photos.
App required Permission Read User Dictionary:
To make better experience with native language use, apps need to permission of read user dictionary so that user can define and use, reuse of words in keyboard.
Other Permissions ask by apps are
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE to store user capture or selected photo for keyboard background.
android.permission.INTERNET, android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE,
android.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE to get online themes of keyboard by web services.
